APS New Release 26331, the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Selfwinding Chronograph. It features the iconic octagonal bezel and signature “Tapisserie” dial, interpreting this classic design. Powered by a custom Dandong integrated movement, it delivers precise chronograph functions alongside a 45-hour power reserve. Fitted with a stainless steel case and integrated bracelet, it balances sportiness and elegance. It has 50m water resistance. Fine craftsmanship across every detail makes it a luxury watch blending vintage aesthetics and modern mechanical innovation.
The APS 26331 differs from other 4801 modified versions. APS custom movement adds over 40 extra components, with a fully redesigned calendar system and mainplate for improved stability, accuracy and snappy instantaneous date jump.
The case thickness matches the original at 11mm for comfortable, sleek wear. Unlike bulky 7750 modified movements which hit 15mm and look bloated on the wrist like a pressure cooker.
The stainless steel bracelet is molded from the original watch. Alternating polished and brushed finishing, ergonomic link structure for a snug fit. Its integrated design seamlessly joins the case, balancing durability and grace and highlighting the iconic Royal Oak styling.
The “Tapisserie” dial boasts strong three-dimensional texture identical to the original, paired with rhodium-plated applied hour markers and triple chronograph sub-dials. The octagonal bezel is secured with hexagonal screws. Luminous hands and indices ensure clear time reading in low light, combining visual hierarchy and practical function.
The automatic rotor adopts a 22K vacuum gold-plated finish engraved with the AP logo. Optimized edge weighting boosts kinetic energy transfer for higher winding efficiency. The genuine gold plating harmonizes with movement decoration, quietly showcasing APS’s dedication and craftsmanship for the Royal Oak.
