This watch features a 44 mm case made of 136‑grade stainless steel. The bezel is also finished with the same brushed stainless‑steel material as the case. It adopts a basic small‑three‑hand dial layout, paired with a smoked black dial that delivers a gradient effect from centre to edge — fading from a lighter tone at the dial centre to darker shades toward the periphery. The hour markers, hands, sub‑dial scales, brand logo and Navy Seals lettering are all in beige tone. Even the circular marker at the 12‑o’clock position on the bezel is coated with beige Super‑LumiNova® luminous material, matching the luminous colour of the genuine watch.

It is powered by the replicated P.900 movement. In fact, VS Factory uses this same movement for most of its Panerai replicas. Whether fitted on vintage or modern Panerai models, only the engravings differ, which will not be elaborated further. There is also an identical carbon‑fiber version, reference PAM01513, available as an alternative option.
