VS Factory has now joined the competition for Daytona replicas. The replica watch market is extremely competitive. Whenever one model sells well, numerous manufacturers rush to produce their own versions.

VS Factory offers Daytona replicas with two different movements. One is the simplified‑version movement, and the other is the 4130/4131 version. The simplified movement features unidirectional winding, yet its stability is vastly improved over the 7750, performing close to the 4130. Priced just above 3K, it delivers excellent cost‑performance. The 4130/4131 movement variant is also cheaper than Clean Factory’s equivalent.

Overall craftsmanship is fairly comparable in my opinion. Clean Factory still commands the highest price thanks to its immense popularity. Real‑vs‑fake comparison photos for both factories can be seen in the image below.

Visually, the two watches look nearly identical, with no distinctions apart from the dial and movement. On the Panda dial, Clean’s tone is slightly warmer while VS runs slightly cooler; the colour deviation is minimal and takes close inspection to spot even side‑by‑side.

On the black ceramic sub‑dial ring, VS leans slightly white, whereas Clean is a touch grey‑toned. The bezel, case shape, brushing and chamfering are fully matched with no visible differences. The crown base on the clasp of both pieces receives polished finishing.
