Let’s briefly go over the features of these two manufacturers. BT Factory is also known as 3K Factory. 3K specializes in Nautilus, Ballon Bleu and other models, while BT competes in the Daytona segment. BT offers a wide range of dial variations, often launching eight to ten different dial options at once.
They have large production volumes, so movement suppliers prioritize fulfilling their orders. You’ll find BT items usually ship the same day or the next day without unnecessary delays. When stock runs short occasionally, it is due to a lack of dials rather than movements. We appreciate this stable supply because customers are always eager to receive their watches after purchase.

C Factory rose to fame with Rolex models such as the GMT-Master II Coke and Datejust. The manufacturer adopts a rigorous approach to product development. It claims every color variant of each watch model is developed using genuine watches as references. In contrast, some other factories only base their development on one single colorway; other hues of the same model are matched merely by reference pictures, as developing every variant from real watches incurs substantial costs. C Factory positions its products to hit the highest benchmark on the market. If you are looking for cost-effective options, C Factory may not be your ideal choice.

The direct competing product between the two factories is the Daytona series. BT Factory rolls out version upgrades quite frequently. Generally, we do not pay much attention to these so‑called versions, since the shipped products are always the latest iteration. These version labels are merely marketing copy favored by new watch buyers.
In particular, when it comes to dials and hands, I think both factories have reached a similar standard. No visible difference can be spotted by the naked eye. Especially for the silver variant, it is hard to tell them apart once the stickers are removed. Their prices are also comparable.
Now these upgraded versions have little new to boast about. Some overly picky upgrades are just gimmicks created to compete for sales, so you do not need to take them too seriously.

There is a slight price gap between the two factories for gold variants, with C Factory being more expensive. Aside from the popular Yuzuru model, there is not much overlap in their gold watch designs, likely to avoid direct head-to-head competition.
There is no need to discuss tiny discrepancies only visible under a magnifying glass. One notable detail: the clasp of the genuine watch has a high-strength silver steel plate at the opening and closing mechanism. Precious metal is not used here, as steel delivers better toughness and durability.
C Factory follows the original design; this steel plate remains unpainted silver. BT Factory, however, may simplify production by coating this original silver steel plate to match the watch case color. This counts as a minor flaw, which we have shown in our video. The location is marked at the end of the picture for your reference.

In terms of after-sales service, there is little difference among watch manufacturers now; they are all cut from the same cloth. Once a watch is sent back to the factory for repair, it will take at least a month to get it back. Do not harbor overly idealized expectations for these factories. This industry chases quick profits rather than long-term craftsmanship. If you plan to purchase these watches relying on formal warranty terms and regulations, you’d better reconsider.
